MF EVOLUTION
2026-2027
The primary purpose of the MF Evolution program is to provide families in the area with an instrinsic technical development option for young players that show a desire to play soccer. Max Futbol will develop a player’s technical ability while instilling a passion for “futbol”, through advanced age appropriate activities. The focus of the program will be geared towards frequent contact with the ball (high frequency of touches) while ensuring the player’s enjoyment in a controlled competitive environment.

$1000 per player over multiple payments + Event Registration Fees

Players may play "up" or "down" in ages based on collective decision between Coach & Parents

PLAYER APPLICATION
There is no cost to attend the ID Clinics.

If you cannot attend your ID clinic, please email us all information on this form and we will get your player in for an evaluation session.

Roster decisions will be made very quickly and will be announced the week of April 13.
