REGISTRATION PROCESS

1.  Request a log-in on Book Online page.

2.  Download and submit the Credit Card Authorization Form.

3.  Upload Authorization form via form on this page. 

3.  Membership is approved once form has been received (you will receive email notification once ready). You may start booking sessions at this time. 

4.  Card will be stored securely and processed on the last day of each month. If you wish to pay in advance via credit card or by check or cash, please make arrangements to pay prior to the last day. No exceptions will be made.

BOOKING A PRIVATE SESSION

1.  Log-in and select "Private Sessions" from the header.

2.  Select type of session and follow the prompts.

3. If booking a semi-private or private small group, please include other player information.

4.  50% Deposit Required at time of booking (non-refundable)

5.  48 Hours Cancellation Policy required or lose 50% Deposit.

Need to cancel or reschedule? Make sure you are logged in and click "Hello [Name]". Click the session that you would like to reschedule or cancel and then the CLOCK icon to reschedule. Select new date/time or the TRASH BUCKET to cancel. **MUST BE 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE**

BOOKING GROUP CLASSES

Once you have your log-in, you are able to register for as many classes as you'd like on the website.

Payment is due by the last day of every month for all attended sessions, including no-shows.  We have a 48 hour courtesy cancellation policy. Any exceptions can be made in writing to Laura at info@jandjsportsbox.com.

 Your credit card will automatically be charged if we do not receive check or other payment prior.
