Push your fitness level to a new height with drills specifically designed to focus on speed, agility, strength and plyometrics. These sessions are best for athletes who are looking to enhance their athletic training and challenge their fitness levels. Modifications/suggestions will be given; however, players will be working through stations and all players should be in good playing shape before registering/attending. Classes will be demanding cardiovascularly/physically. 

This program will also address a lot of inconsistencies in soccer players including hip mobility/strength, ankle mobility, lateral agility, etc. 

* Not for injured athletes or beginners 

Speed, strength, agility, proper form in bodyweight lifts will be reiterated

Regressions and progressions in activities will be provided

about the program

Jorge and Derek Antonini worked together to create a new scheme, focused on a new physical challenge with the goal of enhancing our highest level athletes. Along with his history as a soccer trainer with the Max Futbol program, Derek also has experience in the boutique fitness realm. He is an AAAI Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and TechnoGym Skill Athletic Master Trainer.
